My Story

My Beginning

I followed the path I was handed. Good grades, the right university, a career in public relations; prestigious, polished, exactly what I thought I was supposed to want... but I felt like something in me was going to waste, locked in a 9-5, building someone else's vision.

So I left, I fell in with a group of gorgeous embodied Women, and started performing on some of the world's biggest stages.

Dancing on those stages, I learned something no classroom ever taught me.
The moment I walked into the lights, in front of a sea of thousands, I dropped into a state of power that was fully, unapologetically Mine.. and I watched the world respond.

Now I’d been curious about the Human / Soul / Body connection since I was about six years old. I started studying at eighteen, became obsessed with the Feminine Mysteries and by twenty I'd already seen how little conversation and education existed for Women to better understand themselves. This lit a fire in me, eventually I started facilitating, then launched my own business. It had its ups and downs, but I really thought I'd cracked the code on life.

My Undoing

I had freedom. But the pressure I put on myself to succeed, the comparison I used to abuse myself with, quickly became debilitating. Depression followed.

I had to keep moving. I had to succeed. I found stillness extremely confronting, I couldn't just BE. And I realised, I believed I had to have a function in order to be worthy of simply existing.

My homecoming

The turning point came about on the water. I was filming a documentary in some of Australia's most stunning waters, surrounded by Humpback whales.. a once in a lifetime trip.

I was on purpose, but this was somewhere I couldn't run from myself. The stillness of the water, the slow days, became increasingly uncomfortable, my inner state screamed for me to get back to the hustle.

This honestly shocked me.

So I came home and rewired everything. I let my Body lead me, I put my desire at the centre of my life and listened to the slowest parts of me. I fed myself first.

And everything changed. My work blew up. My health returned. Something in my whole chemistry shifted, and my depression went away. The shift altered my turn on, my sensitivity, my ability to attune to my intuition. And for the first time, I felt nourished rather than pushed to prove I meant something.

My Work now

I am devoted to the Woman who’s ready to come home to her body, her turn on, her aliveness… and to have unwavering trust in herself so she can birth and sustain what she’s here to create!

I'm a kinesiologist, so I can speak directly to your Body and let it tell us what your mind has been guarding. I'm a yoni mapping therapist and womb worker, trained in the deepest levels of attunement and care. I work with somatics, the breath, and energy psychology. I’ve spent years on stages learning what a Woman's power actually feels like when it moves through her.

Over ten years I've worked with hundreds of Women. I created a body of work called Sacred Slut that would sell out in 24 hours, I've run retreats internationally and spoken on stages to thousands.

I hold the science and the mystery of the body in the same hand.

What makes me excellent at what I do is that, through the strengthening of my sensitivity, I have unwavering trust in my channel and my ability to feel and respond to what is alive in the field.
